We ship our mattresses throughout Malta by express courier. The delivery depends on the model and size chosen. Giusto, Memory Gel, Ibrido, Memory Gel TOP and Ibrido TOP mattresses with 160x190 size are delivered in 2-8 working days; 80x190 and 120x190 and Favoloso mattresses are delivered in 14-18 working days. Mattresses with custom sizes are delivered in 15-30 working days. All our mattresses are delivered rolled up and vacuum-packed in a practical box, easy to transport.
You have 100 trial nights to understand if your new mattress is right for you. Within this period of time you will be able to choose whether to change your mattress without management costs with another model or request a free return.
The model you purchased does not convince you? Within 100 days of receiving the order, you can request a mattress change without management costs. Or, if you prefer, you can contact ours customer care and make the return free of charge.
For the disposal of old mattresses, we rely on external companies that take care of the collection and transport of used items to specialized landfills. Depending on the service requested, the collection of used items takes place at the same time or after the delivery of your new Veradea mattress. Disposal can also be requested on the floor, at an additional cost. Contact the Customer Care to receive all the necessary information.
